About me

I'm a hands-on Technical lead with over a decade of experience building data-heavy web applications with React, Next.js and TypeScript for international organisations. I am also a web accessibility advocate and specialist.

In my current role, I lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of 5-10 people, organise our sprint ceremonies, plan milestones and write code, often with AI-assisted development tools.

I'm naturally curious and empathetic, always eager to learn and take on new challenges. I also take pride in giving visibility to the work of those around me.

Led the engineering of three multi-year projects for the World Bank, American Forests and an EU-funded consortium
Introduced per-branch database deployment and E2E accessibility testing pipelines to strengthen quality control across platforms
Implemented OWASP security recommendations, supply-chain hardening measures and CVE patches across multiple projects
Optimised the performance of Next.js applications with the React Compiler, partial prerendering and cache invalidation
Sourced and negotiated a third-party vendor deal to automate internationalisation workflows
